白蒺藜有效组分脑心多肽对兔动脉粥样硬化胰岛素样生长因子-1mRNA基因表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:从基因水平观察脑心多肽对兔动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:用逆转录多聚合酶链反应(RT-PcR)、原位杂交方法观察白蒺藜有效组分脑心多肽对兔动脉粥样硬化胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)基因表达的改变。结果:脑心多肽明显降低 IGF-1 mRNA 表达水平,原位杂交显示 IGF-1 mRNA 表达在血管壁各层分布明显减少。结论:脑心多肽通过调控 IGF-1 mRNA 表达干预动脉粥样硬化。 Objective:To study the effect of Naoxin polypeptide(NXPP,an effective component of Tribulus terrestris),on rabbit atherosclero- sis(AS)from the gene level.Methods:Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and in situ hybridization were adopted to observe NXPP on changes of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)mRNA expression in rabbit s AS tissues.Results:IGF-1 mRNA expression level in rabbit AS s tissues obviously lowered as compared with that in high lipid group.The positive signal distribution...
