我国人力资源管理存在的问题与对策

摘要 我国是一个人口大国,发挥我国的人力资源优势,对于我国在知识经济的时代背景下,面对加入WTO带来的机遇与挑战,实现经济增长有重要的意义.但是我国目前人力资源整体素质低下,人力资源配置不合理,需要通过建立适合我国的人力资源管理模式,加强各种形式的教育和市场化地配置人力资源等措施加以改进.
