摘要
学生干部队伍作为学生工作的一支重要力量；同时，作为因材施教的一种人才培养模式，其建设在学校人才培养中起着举足轻重的作用。本文分析了新形势下清华大学学生干部的结构模型，并给出了学生干部的一般成长模型。在此基础上，提出了建立完善的学生干部培养管理体系的设想。
