摘要
介绍了马钢第一机械设备制造公司35t钢包底吹氩工艺试验研究的情况。试验结果表明,在本工艺条件下,采用钢包底吹氩可以明显降低钢中的氧活度和夹杂物含量,促进钢液成分和温度均匀化,但脱氮效果不明显。研究认为,在本工艺条件下底吹氩流量宜控制在40~60L/min。此外还对试验过程存在的问题进行了讨论。
This article introduce the situation that research the test of the technics of blowing the argon on thebase of 35 ton s steel Iodle in The First Mechanical Plant of Magang. As a result, under the condition of thistechnics, adopting the process that blow the argon on the base of the steel ladle will decline the activity of theoxygen and content of inclusions in the steel, average the component and temp of the liquid steel, with theexception of taking off the nitrogen.
