摘要
汽车车灯的内部结雾问题是当前影响车灯质量、寿命和使用效能的一个严重问题。本文从热分析的角度,研究了由于车灯内部局部湿空气流动缓慢以及车灯配光镜和反射镜部分区域温度较低引起的结雾问题,分析了各种典型车灯中存在雾气问题的形成原因。
Fog's formation in automobile lamps is a serious problem which influences the quality, durability and working efficiency of the automotive lamp. Because part of moister air in the lamp flows very slow and temperature of part of lamp cover and reflector is low, the fog forms on the lamp cover and reflector easily. The reason of fog's formation in some type of automotive lamps was analyzed here.
