摘要
用ADAMs通用引物进行RT PCR ,以检测短间隔连续部分肝切除 ( 4 3 6 3 6 3 6SPH)中不同恢复时间ADAMs基因转录情况。结果表明 :( 1)ADAMs基因转录无个体和性别差异 ,也无肝再生恢复期依赖性 ;( 2 )PCR产物克隆、测序证实 ,肝脏中有MDC9同源序列存在 ;( 3 )用MDC9特异性引物PCR检测表明 ,MDC9在正常和不同恢复时期肝脏中均有一定水平转录 。
The expression of ADAM genes in different recovery time in short interval successive partial hepatectomy (SISPH) was detected by ADAMs general primers. The results showed that the transcription level of ADAMs in SISPH had no difference in individuals and in different recovery time. The results checked by MDC9 special primers showed that there was a constant transcription of MDC9 in normal liver and regenerated liver.
