摘要
中国农业必然走向全球化,其面临的国际环境主要是WTO《农业协议》的有关规则。中国农业走向全球化过程中,面临绝佳机遇的同时,也面临着严峻挑战。中国农业应采取的措施主要有:加强农业发展综合能力;利用优势弥补劣势,进行结构调整;选择以“林”为中心的生态农业模式;充分利用WTO规则对农业,尤其是对粮食进行保护。
