强恒磁场对在体大鼠缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:2

Effect of instense constant magnetic field to the apoptosis of the myocardial cells in the ischemia-reperfusion in rat in vivo

摘要 目的 研究强恒磁场对在体大鼠缺血再灌注损伤心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 采用Wistar大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,随机分 3组 :对照组、暴磁Ⅰ组、暴磁Ⅱ组。常规方法检测血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、心肌丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,TUNEL法检测心肌细胞凋亡 ,免疫组化SABC法检测Bcl 2、Bax、Fas基因表达。结果 缺血再灌注后血清CPK、心肌MDA含量升高 ,对照组明显高于暴磁组 (P <0 .0 5 )。暴磁组心肌细胞凋亡率明显低于对照组。与对照组比较 ,暴磁组Bcl 2表达增强 ,而Bax、Fas蛋白表达下降。结论 强恒磁场能清除氧自由基、抑制在体大鼠缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡 ,保护缺血再灌注损伤心肌。 Objective To study the effect of intense constant magnetic field (ICMF) to the apoptosis of the myocardial cells during the period of the ischemia reperfusion(I/P) in rat in vivo.
