摘要
针对铸造工艺因素之一的涂料定量使用控制问题,介绍了模具涂料自动稀释搅拌输送机和压室冲头自动清理润滑装置。目的:将铸造工艺中定性(经验)控制的因素,转变为定量控制,使铸造工艺处于受控状态,推动新工艺研究;使铸造工艺水平发生质的跃变,推动技术进步,走上管理科学化的道路,实现低投入高产出经营目标。该技术装备可在特种铸造工业中推广使用。
This text is directed against the question of using the coating fixed quantity control which one of the factors of casting technology.
