摘要
对用真空差压铸造法生产的铝合金铸件性能进行了研究,从理论和实践量方面论述了其较好的铸件内在性能。该工艺与传统的重力铸造和真空吸铸相比,铸件强度得到了提高,铸件组织更加致密。适合于质量要求高、复杂程度高的铝合金铸件的生产,尤其适用于薄壁铸件的生产。
The internal quality of aluminum alloy castings that were produced by Vacuum Differential Pressure Casting was studied with both theory and practice. The results show that the ultimate tensile strength of casting was higher and the cast microstructure was finer in VDPC than that in traditional gravity casting and vacuum suction casting, and VDPC has obvious superiorities in complicated and high qualified castings, especially in thin-walled castings.
