摘要
静态铸造高速钢辊环组织疏松,寿命短,离心铸造高速钢辊环易产生偏析,研究了挤压铸造对高速钢辊环力学性 能和物理性能的影响。结果表明:挤压铸造高速钢辊环组织致密、偏析小、硬度高、硬度均匀性好,使用寿命明显优于高镍 铬无限冷硬铸铁辊环。
To counter the situation that the internal structure of high speed steel roll collar is loose in static state casting and the composition of high speed steel roll collar is easy to incline to separating out in centrifugal casting, we research the effect of extruding casting on the mechanical properties and physical properties of high speed steel roll collar .
