摘要
运用文献资料法和数据统计法对 1998年以来四次世界蹦床大赛、技术发展及现状进行了统计和分析 ,明确了当前世界蹦床运动的发展现状及趋势 ,认为在新周期 ,世界蹦床运动旧有竞争格局受到挑战 ,世界各蹦床强国将重新排序 ;由于世界各蹦床强国对蹦床的重视程度日益加强 ,运动员培养周期将逐步缩短 ;自选成套动作的难度值逐年上升 ,整套动作中的三周空翻及两周多度数转体动作将成为主要构成成分 ;规定动作在趋于完美的情况下 ,个性化更加突出 ;动作难度在决定运动员的名次方面将起更大的作用。
Abstract: The technique development and present status of trampoline in the 4 trampoline competitions of the world since 1998 were added up and analyzed by document consultation and statistics. The present development status and trend of the trampoline in the world are clear. It was considered that in the new Olympic cycle the old competitive pattern of trampoline in the world is challenged, and the great trampoline powers in the world are arranged in a new order. Due to the fact that the great trampoline powers in the world are paying more and more attention to trampoline, the training cycle of gymnasts will be shortened gradually, the difficulty value of an optional exercise routine is going up year by year. The triple full and the double full somersault with double or triple twists will be the main components of the entire exercise. The individualized exercise will be protruded when the compulsory exercise becomes more and more perfect. The difficulty of the movements will play an important role in determining the gymnasts'placements.
