摘要
为了探索低温下番茄幼苗生长的遗传规律,选用4份耐低温能力不同的番茄品种(系)为亲本,采用完全双列杂交设计模式,调查适温、低温条件下的幼苗生长速率,应用Hayman和Griffing的数量分析方法进行遗传分析。结果表明:低温下番茄幼苗生长的遗传为不完全显性,回交效应显著,正反交差异不显著,呈现核遗传,细胞质作用不显著,符合“加性—显性”遗传模型且加性效应更为重要,亲代与子代间存在极显著的正相关。
The genetic analysis on tomato seedling's relative growth rate (RGR) in low temperature eondition was carried out in 4 diallel set of cross involving tolerance and susceptible tomato varieties (strains). During this experiment .RGR in low temperature and normal temperature condition was investigated. The results showed that RGR in low temperature condition was partial dominance. Back crossing effect was significant whereas reciprocal crossing effect was not significant, and mainly controlled by nuclear genes. RGR in low temperature condition fitted for 'additive-dominance'model,and ad- ditive gene had more important effects. Correlation between offspring and parents in this eharacter was positive and signifi- cant.
