摘要
采用工程法和近似塑性条件dσr=dσz,并将接触面假设为混合摩擦条件 ,对液相线半连续铸造法获得的70 75铝合金半固态浆料的触变成型力进行了计算。计算结果表明 :在变形的开始阶段 ,成型力为 32kN ;在变形的终了阶段 ,成型力为 6 6 7.0 9kN ,与实测结果 72 1kN基本符合。
Using engineering method, approximate mould condition and taking the surface as blending surface, the thixoforming force of 7075 alloy obtained by liquidus semi continuous casting was calculated. The results show that at the beginning and the ending of the thixoforming, the thixoforming force is 32 and 667.09?kN respectively. The calculated result, 667.9?kN, agrees well with the measured result, 721?kN between them there is a permissible error of 7.4%. [
