基于概率统计的冷冲模冲裁力计算建模

摘要 从概率统计的角度出发 ,建立了冷冲模冲裁力计算的数学模型 ,导出了考虑在板料力学性能和厚度的随机影响下冷冲模冲裁力计算的公式 ,因此可以定量给出板料影响的程度和进行冲裁模的概率设计 ,克服了经典方法进行冲裁力计算的局限性 ,并得出结论 :经典方法为本文公式的特例。 Based on principle of probability and statistics, concerning the influence of material mechanical properties and random distributed thickness, the calculating model and the calculating formula of punch force is advanced. So how the material random behavior affect the punch force can be given quantitatively, and also probability design of the punch die can be made. The method given in this paper overcame the limitation of the classical theory. In addition, it is also given that classical theory is only a special example of the theory given.[
