摘要
用分光光度计测定不同数量藻类在特定波长的吸收峰值 (OD值 ) ,并和实际数量值进行比较 ,发现它们具有良好的线性关系。可用 OD值来表示藻类的数量值 。
This paper compares the light overdosing (OD) values of different density algae in specific wavelength determined by spectrophotometer with the actual values of density. The comparison shows that there is a linear relationship between them, forming a curve diagram. In this case, the density value of alga can be scaled by the OD value, thus simplifying the measuring of alga density and reducing the amount of work therein.
