摘要
针对川中磨溪气田雷一1气藏油管堵塞状况 ,研究成功油管堵塞物清除工艺技术。室内试验表明 :该清除液的清除率大于 6 2 % ,腐蚀速率低于 5g/m2 ·h。经磨 113井、磨 12 6井、磨 148井现场解堵应用表明 ,洗井解堵作业后 ,油套压差减小 ,气井产能得到恢复 ,适宜在磨溪气田雷一1气藏油管堵塞物的解堵施工作业中推广应用。
Aiming at the characteristic of tubing scaling in Lei 1 1 reservoir in MOXI gas field, the chemical cleaning technology has been developed successfully. The lab test show that the chemical cleaning efficiency is more than 62% and corrosion rate is less than 5 g/m 2·h. After using this technology,tubing pressure increased and casing pressure decreased in Mo 113, 126, 148 wells,and natural gas flowing quantity was restored. According to the field tests, the chemical cleaning technology can be applied broadly in the gasfield.
