摘要
建立了一套自动化程度较高的汽车尾气净化催化剂实验室模拟评价装置及评价方法。所建方法既能测定尾气净化催化剂的起燃温度 ,也能测定催化剂的空气 /燃料比特性曲线。用本装置取得的评价结果与发动机台架试验评定结果相关性良好。对不同程度高温失活和不同贵金属含量的催化剂的性能考察表明 。
A laboratory test unit was established and the corresponding test method was developed to evaluate the catalytic behaviors of automotive catalyst, both the light off temperature and the λ curves. A good relationship between the lab test and the engine test results was observed. This unit with the method can also be used to investigate the high temperature durability of the catalyst and the effects of the changes in the amount of noble metal of automotive catalyst. It is a useful tool for the R & D of automotive catalysts.
