摘要 将稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料按一定比例添加到卫生陶瓷釉中制备抗菌卫生陶瓷.研究抗菌剂加入对卫生陶瓷晶体结构、釉坯结合、抗菌性能的影响.结果表明:加入稀土复合磷酸盐无机抗菌材料对陶瓷主结晶相不产生明显影响,釉坯结合状况明显好转,釉面质量提高,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的24 h杀抑率可达到99.7% Antibacterial sanitary wares were prepared by doping ceramic glaze with rare earth composite phosphate antibacterial materials.The n structure and property of antibacterial sanitary wares were tested. The results show that the surface quality of sanitary wares can be imp roved by doping ceramic glaze with rare earth composite phosphate anti bacterial materials,and the antibacterial rate is 99.7%.
