摘要
研究了阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,二溴羟基苯基荧光酮 (DBHPF)与Mn(Ⅱ )显色反应条件和光度性质 ,在 pH =9.0硼酸 -氢氧化钠介质中 ,试剂与锰形成紫色配合物 ,在 586nm处有最大吸收 ,摩尔吸光系数为 9.6× 1 0 4 L/ (mol·cm) ,2 5mL中锰含量在 0~ 2 0 μg范围符合比尔定律 ,用于水和茶叶中锰的测定 ,结果满意 .
In the presence of cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide(CTMAB),the color reaction of 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxy)phenylfluorone-3(DBHPF) with Mn(Ⅱ) has been studied.In a medium of H3BO3-NaOH buffer of pH=9.0,Mn(Ⅱ)reacts with DBHPF to form a red ternary micellar complexes with maximum absorption at 586nm and an apparent molar absorpitivity of 9.6×10 4 L/(mol·cm), Beer′s law is obeyed for 0~10 μg Mn(Ⅱ) per 25mL.Satisfactory results have been obtained when it is used for the determination of manganese in water and tea.
