摘要
从统计学、分析方法检出限的定义和仪器分析的实际出发 ,指出在日常化学、仪器分析工作中 ,用最小二乘法求回归直线方程、制作校准曲线时 ,常常出现将零浓度作为样本代入方程、扣除空白、以空白溶液作参比等 3错误 .给出了合理制作和使用校准曲线的方法 .
It is required very often to make a standard curve during a chemical analysis. It is found that some methods for making standard curves that suggested by some textbooks and analytical guides are misleading. The mistakes is analyzed with statistics and the correct methods to make the standard curves are suggested.
