摘要
学生在进行纵箱跳跃学习过程中,往往表现为心理上的不安、忧虑、焦急、紧张、恐惧等现象。只用常规的教学方法和手段不能很好地解决学生心理方面所存在的问题,文章通过常规教学方法与心理学手段的有机结合,使学生在学习过程中的不良心境明显地得到减轻,消除了学生心理上的障碍,有效地提高了体育课教学效益。
In the process of leaning of learning to jump box -horse , students often feel axious , nervous , upset and even fearful . While the regular teaching method and skills can't solve the psychological problem of the teaching students thoronghly. Therefore , We combine the regular teaching method and psychological training together , so as to obviously reduce the unusual psychological reaction , dispel mental obstacle and improve the effciency of teaching in P. E class .
