摘要
高锰酸钾法测定水体中的 COD由于分析速度快、消耗费用较低、环境污染少等 ,所以在地表水测定中得到广泛应用。但由于其在工业废水测定中重现性差、分析数据不可靠等缺点使该法的应用受到一定限制 ,笔者在大量试验的基础上 ,从氧化能力角度提出了应用 0 .0 0 2 mol/ L VKMn O4/ COD稀 比值是否大于 15或测定液的COD值是否小于 0 .6 5 mg/ L 。
Using KMnO 4 method to measure COD in water has the advantage of quick operation,low cost,low environment pollution,and has been widely used in earth surface water measurement.But it is limited by its poor repeatability in industrial wastewater measurement and its unreliable data.The paper,on the basis of many experiments,presents a new way from oxidization ability angle to test the COD repeatability and accuracy of collected data when (0.002) mol/L V KMnO 4 /COD value in diluents is bigger than 15 or if COD in solution is smaller than 0.65 mg/L.By the experiment,the paper laid a solid foundation for the wide use of COD measurement by KMnO 4 method.
