摘要
为了对结构自密实混凝土的抗压强度进行准确检测与评定,结合实际工程实践,采用无损检测方法和破损方法,试验研究C40和C30两种强度等级自密实混凝土的构件和同条件试件抗压强度之间的对应关系。结果表明:采用现行的回弹法对结构自密实混凝土抗压强度进行评定时,所得到的测区自密实混凝土的回弹法抗压强度换算值偏低。可通过采取修正处理的方式,按现行的《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》对结构自密实混凝土的抗压强度进行检测与评定。
The nondestructive method and destructive method were used to test the compressive strength of self-compacting concretes(SCC) with 30MPa and 40MPa compressive strength in actual structure and cubic sample by experiments in job site and laboratory,aimed at developing an inspecting and appraising method of compressive strength for SCC in actual structure.Results indicated that the conversion value of compressive strength of SCC in actual structure obtained by existed rebound method is lower compared with the corresponding experimental value.The compressive strength of SCC in actual structure can be inspected and appraised according to existed Technical Guideline of Compressive Strength Inspection of Concrete by Rebound Method by modifying treatment.
