摘要
钢丝绳在煤矿输送机构中作为牵引构件,其使用寿命直接影响到煤矿生产的成本及安全。介绍了基于霍尔元件的钢丝绳断丝检测原理,分析了霍尔元件的不等位电动势补偿方法,重点研究了霍尔元件的温度补偿方法,提出了霍尔元件串联与差动连接的新方法,试验表明,基于该方法的钢丝绳探伤传感器,断丝检测准确度为91.67%。
The steel rope is the haulage part of the mine transportation system. The service life of the steel rope is directly affected to the cost and safety of the mine production. The paper introduced the inspection principle of the broken wire for the steel rope based on the Hall element. The paper analyzed the different potential compensation method for the Hall element.The paper in detail researched the temperature compensation method of the Hall element. The paper provided a new method of the series and differential connection for the Hall element. The test showed that with the steel wire detection sensor based on the method, the diction accuracy of the broken wire could reach at 91.67%.
