摘要
炼油厂催化裂化装置再生器内的主风分布管喷嘴在经过一个生产周期运行后,大多数喷嘴都出现了不同程度的磨损,造成再生器内催化剂流化不正常,旋风分离器效率下降,催化剂跑损增加。分析了喷嘴磨损的原因,在2005年装置检修期间将再生器主风分布管喷嘴由原来的不锈钢喷嘴更换为RT型特种陶瓷复合喷嘴,经过一个周期的运行考验,新喷嘴使用情况良好,保证了再生器内催化剂的正常流化。
Refinery FCC regenerator with the main distribution pipe nozzle in the wind after a production cycle operation,the majority of the nozzle experienced varying degrees of wear and tear,causing the catalyst regenerator of abnormal flow,decreased efficiency cyclone catalyst run loss increases.The reasons for the nozzle wear were analysed.In 2005 device during maintenance stainless steel nozzle was replaced by RT-special ceramic composite nozzle,after running a cycle of tests,the use of the new nozzle was good,and the catalyst regenerator of the normal flow was ensured.
