摘要
虚拟政府是未来政府形式的大胆设想,该理念来源于企业经营领域,以互联网的使用为基础,以组织结构的变革为重点。虚拟政府是一种高品质的政府,它引入了企业式的竞争,调动全社会的力量,具有很高的运行效率。虚拟政府打破了传统政府与社会的割裂,企图消解政府与社会的矛盾,创建一种政府与社会合作生产的模式,从而彻底改变政府与社会的对立。虚拟政府最核心的内涵与和谐社会具有高度的一致性,可以视为建设和谐社会的路径之一。
The virtual government is a new topic,a future conceiving of government form.That principle comes from enterprise realm,lay the foundations at the usage of Internet and lay emphasis on the change of organization structure.The virtual government is still a kind of high-quality government,it led to business competition type,transfer whole social energy and is very efficient.The virtual government breaks the splits between traditional government and society,attempt to eliminate antinomy between them,establish cooperation production mode of government and society,thus thoroughly change opposition government and social.This is the most core content about virtual government,have high consistency with harmony society,and can be regarded as alternative outlet to constuct a harmonious social.
