摘要
文章集中研究了当前制约我国社区矫正工作深入发展的五个方面的问题:法律依据,组织机构,执法主体,队伍建设和经费保障,提出要完善立法工作,修改相关法律,制定社区矫正法,组建专门组织机构,配备专门矫正人员,加大执法队伍规范化建设,提高业务素质,提高经费保障水平,将经费纳入财政预算,为社区矫正工作健康发展扫平障碍。
There are five questions,which are mass investigation in article.These questions restrict the more development of the Community rectification.They are law warrant,organization,principle body,troop perfection and outlay guarantee.Subsequently,the author gives some advices on the questions:firstly,we should reinforce lawmaking,amend correlative law and constitute the law of Community rectification.Secondly,we should set up the special organization and outfit the full-time personnel.Thirdly,we also must strengthen the troop standardization and improve the operation stuff.Lately the outlays that the community rectification requires,are brought into finance budget and are increased at intervals.In a word,these advices are all in order to clear the track of the healthy development of Community rectification.
