急性高原病多指标神经网络BP模型诊断分析

摘要 目的基于既往研究结果,分析、探讨多因素综合作用与急性高原病之间的关系。方法在平原,对进藏50名人员测定胸廓容积、肺功能等多项指标。空运进藏后,按照AMS诊断标准进行判断,然后用神经网络BP原理建立多因素与AMS之间的诊断分析模型。结果网络学习训练结果与实际非常符合(100%),用所构造的BP网络仿真预测,其结果与实际诊断结果的符合度为90%。结论研究结果表明,在一定程度上BP网络模型从多因素角度为定量判断进驻高原人群是否会患急性高原病提供了一种可能。 Objective To analyze and discuss the relations between the physiological multi-indications and acute mountain sickness(AMS) according to the results studied already.Methods A total of 50 men were enrolled in this study.At plain,the chest volume,the pulmonary function,the physiological responses to hypoxia etc.were surveyed.The symptom of AMS were diagnosed according as the criterions,after the subjects arrived at 3 658 m above sea leve1 by plane.BP Algorithm was used to check out the relations between this ...
