摘要
目的建立重应市社区健康危险评价系统,为有针对性的干预提供依据。方法系统采用powerbuilder 9.0开发,计算部分使用datawindow(数据窗口)中的计算列(compute column)完成,后台数据库采用sqlserver2000。结果建立了评价人员健康档案;由软件计算出危险分数和发病概率;对评价人员提出有针对性的健康促进计划,并对其组合危险分数和发病概率进行动动态监测。结论系统降低了健康危险评价在社区的应用难度。
