摘要
通过对苦豆子不同水分处理下的试验,测定其株高、鲜重和有效成分(苦参碱),分析水分对苦豆子生长情况及有效成分积累的影响,为进一步探求在中部干旱带沙质荒漠化区域下如何提高人工种植苦豆子的灌溉水利用效率,提供科学依据.
Through different water content processing experiment Sophora alopecuroides.L,determines plant height,the fresh weight and the effective ingredient(matrine) were determined,the analysis water content the influence which accumulates to the Sophora alopecuroides.L growth situation and the effective ingredient, how for further seeks under the middle arid belt sand nature wilderness region enhances artificially plants the Sophora alopecuroides.L the irrigation water use efficiency,provides the scientific basis.
