摘要
研究了电磁场和超声场对Al-1Si合金晶粒细化的影响。研究结果表明在结晶器外部施加电磁场,随着电流强度的增加,合金的晶粒得到了细化,但当电流增大到120A时,晶粒却发生了粗化;对金属熔体施加超声场以后,晶粒得到了明显的细化,平均晶粒度由94.1μm降为31.2μm。对外场作用下水平连铸Al-1Si合金的组织细化机理进行了探讨。
The effect of electromagnetic field and ultrasonic field on the grain refinement of horizontal continuous casting Al-1Si alloy microstructure was investigated.
