摘要
分析了缩松、皮下气孔等铸造缺陷对铝合金摩托车减震筒体品质的影响。对几种典型的铸造工艺进行了比较。为确保铸件的品质,对铝液的熔炼、铸造工艺以及操作规程均提出相应的技术要求。这些措施已经过生产实践的检验。
Effect of casting defect for quality of Aluminum alloy motorcycle shock absorber cylinder was analyzed. Several representative casting technologies were compared. In order to ensure quality of the casting, relevant requests on melting of Aluminum liquid, casting technology and the operating process were put forward. These measures have been validated in production practice.
