摘要
考虑随机截尾试验中有些试验产品无故障数据出现,提出采用平均秩次法计算经验分布函数。针对一批数据同时符合多种分布问题,提出采用综合考虑主、客观等多种因素的熵值——模糊综合评价的方法来确定试验数据的最佳分布。以可靠性试验中17台设备有7台没有出现故障为例介绍运算过程。结果表明,该方法简便易行,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Because some products show no failure in the random truncation test period,this paper uses the mean rank order method to calculate the empirical cumulative distribution function.To solve the problem of one group of data having a variety of distribution functions,this paper uses the entropy- fuzzy value of multiple factors,including both subjective and objective factors,to find out the data s optimun distribution.The calculation is demonstrated using a sample of 17 products of which 7 did not fail.The applic...
