摘要
从9份土样中共分离到103株放线菌。通过对峙培养,筛选到对杨树溃疡病病原菌有拮抗性的菌株23株,占全部供试放线菌的22.3%。其中菌株G03对杨树溃疡病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑制率为93.6%,这在一定程度上为生物防治杨树溃疡病提供了一条可利用途径,具有一定的开发应用前景。通过对G03菌株的形态观察和生理生化特性的测定可知,G03是一株链霉菌。
103 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from 9 soils in Xinjiang.Among these actinomycetes,Dothiorella gregaria were inhabited by 23 strains,accounting for 22.3 percent of all tested strains.The biocontrol effect of strain G03 was high to Dothiorella gregaria and reached 96.3%.Therefore,strain G03 would be hugely potential used to tap new,high efficiency and natural farming bactericide.Strain G03 was one Streptomyces by traditional classification.
