摘要 随着经济发展,都市土地使用饱和、中心商业区地价高企,势必造成高层、超高层建筑的普遍开发。汶川地震的发生后,人们对安全建筑物的要求越来越迫切。而我国在高层、超高层建筑的基础隔震领域,基本还是空白,处于地震带的大中城市,发展高层、超高层建筑的基础隔震技术,已经迫在眉睫。本文根据现有的技术,对高层,超高层建筑的基础隔震的可行性进行探讨。 With the blooming of economy and the development of the urban area,the land price of CBD is soaring.People are eagering for the safe building after Wenchuan Earthquake.The research of base isolation used in high-rise building is urgent in commercial cities.This article makes a summary probation of this issue.
