节能型工频感应加热装置

摘要 介绍了节能型工频感应加热装置的工作原理、结构及其在化工加热设备上的应用。应用实例表明,该加热装置节能、安全,功率因数可达0.95以上(一般电感加热装置功率因数仅在0.5左右),是进行电加热的最佳系统;经佳木斯防爆研究所审查,该装置防爆性能好,被定为Fob型防爆电加热装置。 An energy economy main-frequency induction heating device is introduced including operation principle, structure layout and application in chemical engineering heating equipments. Application practice shows that this heating device is an optimum one in electrical heating; it has the merits of economical, safe and high power factor up to 0. 95 and over (that of an ordinary induction heating device is only about 0. 5). It has been discriminated by Jamusi Institute of Explosion Protection to be explosion-proof, and named Fob explosion-proof heating device.
