摘要
由于我国完善的市场机制还没有建立起来,公司治理当中的很多问题都无法靠市场自身去解决,因此,政府在公司治理过程当中的角色便显得至关重要。目前,地方政府在上市公司治理过程中存在明显的角色错位,改善上市公司治理,重构地方政府在上市公司治理过程中的角色迫在眉睫。
