摘要
人员反应时间是影响公共场所疏散性能的关键因素之一。结合火灾疏散实例,分析了人员反应时间的变化规律,并利用计算机疏散软件系统地模拟了人员反应时间对疏散的影响方式和定量程度。根据研究结果,指出疏散最优策略并不是一味减少疏散反应时间,大规模人群同时疏散时拥挤踩踏风险最大,该文火灾案例的主要原因是人员过载和同时疏散。为降低大规模人群疏散拥挤踩踏风险,提出了控制容量、分批疏散的针对性建议。
Human response time is a key factor on the evacuation performance of public venues.With a real fire case,the variable of response time was investigated and the quantitative impact of response time on evacuation performance was surveyed by a series of evacuation scenarios simulation.With respecting to the research results,it can be concluded that only minimizing the response time is not always the optimal evacuation strategy,the maximum risk in public venues is that all mass crowd evacuate at same time.The m...
