摘要
高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军,是维护学校和社会稳定的重要力量。结合高校辅导员队伍现状,围绕如何提高他们的综合素质,激发他们的工作积极性、主动性、创造性,如何保持辅导员队伍的相对稳定性等问题予以探讨,找出对策,可以对高校辅导员队伍建设起到积极作用。
The university counselors are the main force of moral education of college students,as well as the important power of maintaining the stability and development of university and society.This paper put forward its own understanding and opinion on how to improve their comprehensive quality,how to excite their working initiative,go-aheadism and creativity,and how to maintain the relative stability of university counselors through analyzing the current situation of university counselors.
