摘要
采用紫外吸收光谱法测定水中的总酚,是以同一个水样酸化后作参比液,碱化后作测定液,在选定的波长处进行测定。对对硝基酚、邻硝基酚、2,4-二硝基酚和苯酚进行了研究,并与国家标准方法4-氨基安替比林法进行比较。该方法测定结果的准确度、精密度、回收率都较高,能满足分析的要求,且快速、简便、成本低、易于实现自动化分析,可用于测定含酚量较高的水样。
