摘要
建立器官免疫耐受是维持移植器官长期存活的理想境界。目前,在临床上应用的诱导免疫耐受的方案主要有:建立混合嵌合体;应用阻断共刺激通路的抗体;删除T细胞[1]。其中建立嵌合体是诱导器官免疫耐受的重要途径。本文就嵌合体的概念、种类、建立嵌合体的方法及其诱导免疫耐受的机理,嵌合体的检测及临床应用的研究进展作一综述。
