摘要 采用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)富集、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中痕量镍,探讨了溶液pH、硅胶用量、APDC加入量等实验条件对富集及测定灵敏度的影响.在最佳的实验条件下,镍的检出限为3.9 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.3%,回收率为97%.茶叶标准物质的分析结果与所给参考值基本一致,方法操作方便、分析速度快、结果准确. A new method for the determination of nickel in samples was carried out by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with APDC enrichment.The effect of experimental conditions such as pH value,dosage of Silica gel,dosage of APDC which could point enrichment and determination sensitivity was discussed and optimized.
