摘要
文章论述了对我国消费者保护法律体系的完善,明晰了消费者的概念:消费者是指非为营利目的购买商品或接受服务的个人,且不以支付对价为要件,明确了消费者保护法的调整范围:消费者权益保护法主要调整为生活消费需要购买、使用商品或者接受服务而产生的关系,或者说是一种生活消费关系。对权利救济制度进行了完善,包括完善损害赔偿制度、建立消费者保护公益诉讼制度等。
