摘要
为了解决综放煤巷顶板锚索破断的实际问题,以内蒙利民煤矿为对象对锚索的破断机理进行了分析。研究表明,在综放开采中合理布置巷道方向,适当增大锚索的支护密度、断面面积及提高自身的抗拉极限,选择锚索、钢梁联合支护的支护形式,施加适当的预紧力,考虑金属材料的蠕变,及开发延伸率较大的新型高强度锚索,对于煤巷顶板锚索的断裂有着积极意义。煤巷锚索的破断是地应力、材料蠕变及延伸率等因素耦合作用的结果。
