摘要
目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在腹部肠管火器伤后肝组织中表达的变化及其意义。方法:健康长白仔猪42头随机等分为对照组和腹部肠管火器伤后1、2、4、8、12和24 h实验组。建立腹部肠管火器伤模型后,用免疫组化图像分析法测定各组肝组织COX-2的表达,同时测定血清ALT、AST水平,在光镜下观察各组肝脏组织学变化。结果:伤后各组肝组织COX-2表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并于伤后2 h和12 h出现2个高峰。伤后各组出现逐渐加重的肝细胞水肿、变性、坏死,血清ALT、AST水平在伤后也明显升高,也于伤后2 h和12 h出现2个高峰。相关分析表明,伤后肝组织COX-2与血清ALT、AST水平均呈正相关(r值分别为0.850、0.757,P<0.05)。结论:腹部肠管火器伤后肝组织COX-2表达增强,与肝脏结构和功能损伤基本一致,COX-2在腹部肠管火器伤后继发性肝损伤中具有重要意义。
