摘要
为了提高喷射成型工艺中的沉积坯尺寸精度,针对喷射过程的变参数特点,设计了基于模糊推理的FPID控制器.结果表明:FPID智能控制器具有超调量小和调整时间短的优点;在预设值为5.5 mm的控制器测试实验中,稳态沉积坯厚度的平均尺寸为5.28 mm,均方差为0.34 mm.
