摘要
在大量试验的基础上,给出了超小电流微束等离子焊接电弧形态特征及光谱的频域测试结果.根据试验结果可以看出,焊接电弧形态变化取决于焊接参数的变化,谱线的波长范围在750~850 nm;微束等离子焊接电弧光谱分布并不随焊接规范的变化而变化.但是,随着焊接电流强度的增加,电弧中出现近紫外线谱线.
The testing results of the shape of weld arc and welding arc spectrum distribution along wavelength window were presented based on a lot of experiments.It can be seen that the shape of weld arc changes with the changing of welding parameters.In the mean time,the range of welding arc wavelength mainly lies in 750~800 nm and the welding arc spectrum distribution does not change with the alteration of welding process parameter.But,the adjacent ultraviolet ray appears as the increasing welding current.
