动脉粥样硬化实验研究模型百年回溯 被引量：5

摘要 自从1908年俄国病理学家Ignatowski用蛋和奶喂饲家兔引发动脉粥样硬化病变至今整整一百年。经过一个世纪的变迁,动脉粥样硬化实验模型的研究有了巨大发展,不仅品种增多,而且在机制研究方面有根本性突破。然而,这与临床医学相关领域的突飞猛进发展的需要仍不相适应。值此百年之际,特撰此文,对动脉粥样硬化实验模型的研究现状和方向作一简述。
