Cd^(2+)对棕尾别麻蝇幼虫中肠及马氏管超微结构的影响 被引量:1

Morphological and ultrastructural alternations in the midgut and malpighian tubules after the Cd^(2+) and Cu^(2+) exposure

摘要 Cd2+(80μg/g)对中肠和马氏管的形态及超微结构都有明显的影响.中肠和马氏管的形态在光学显微水平下有相似的变化:与对照相比,中肠色泽变深,长度变短,壁变薄,且在中肠的表面出现了许多瘤状突起;马氏管也相应地变得短而薄.在Cd2+的诱导下,中肠的超微结构改变包括了线粒体浓缩,肿胀和消失.粗面内质网(rER)变得膨胀和空泡化.微绒毛(MV)变短和无序.脂滴数量下降,贮存的糖元量上升,出现了许多矿物颗粒体.马氏管超微结构的改变包括rER的空泡化和线粒体的肿胀及嵴的缺失,微绒毛排列无序且缩短,出现了大量液泡水肿及矿物颗粒体,基膜明显变薄. The effects of and Cd2+(80 μg/g) on the morphology and ultrastructure of the midgut and Malpighian tubules of Boettcherisca peregrina larvae were observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The morphologies of midgut and Malpighian tubules in treatment showed similar changes at the light microscopical level: the midgut got darker,shorter and thicker than in control,and many strumaes occurred on the surface of the midgut;the Malpighian tubules got shorter and thinner.Ultrastructur...
